Having contributed significantly to companies like Action Construction Equipment Limited, FLSmidth Private Limited, Kirby Building Systems India Limited's Lloyds Group, he possesses a wealth of experience in the industry and is known for his strategic leadership. Mr. Vipin Dixit has a total experience of 15 Years. He is Head of Department for Quality Function and emphasizes growth, creativity and analytical thinking. With his analytical skills and experience he brings on board Excellent Quality products by ensuring that all manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards. This includes developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits and inspections, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and collaborating with other departments to address quality related issues. During his work tenure he has worked with some renowned companies like JBM Industries, JS Industries, Sheetkraft India Private Limited. He has been awarded for the best Kaizen Improvement from M/S Escorts Kubota India Limited in the Year 2022. His exposure is into Sheet Metal and Fabrication components for Earth Moving Equipment’s, Tractor Components, Mining Industry and Wheel Suspension for Indian Railways.
